DETROIT WATER AND SEWERAGE DEPARTMENT ROMEO ARM OF THE MACOMB SEWER INTERCEPTOR June 10, 2005 Update The Macomb Interceptor was put back in service on March 14, 2005. On June 9th, Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, Sterling Heights Mayor Richard Notte and DWSD Director Victor Mercado officially reopened 15 Mile to traffic.
