We'd like to visit your community and talk about the services that we bring to your home or business every day. If you know of a community or neighborhood group that would like a speaker from the Water and Sewerage Department, or if you would like to learn more about our school education programs or tours, please call our Customer Outreach Section at (313) 964-9576.
Public tours of our Water Works Park Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant have resumed on a limited basis. The Department will give tours for school groups and professional organizations during March through May, and September and October.
