Combined Sewer Overflow Facilities Click here to return to the CSO Facilities page. 7 Mile CSO Basin DWSD’s Seven Mile CSO Basin is located on the northeast corner of W. Seven Mile Road at Shiawassee on the site of the former Edgewater Amusement Park. It went into operation in December 1998. The 2.2 million gallon CSO facility eliminates two outfalls to the Rouge River.
