If you know of a community or neighborhood group that would like a speaker from the Water and Sewerage Department, or if you would like to learn more about our school education programs or tours, please call our Customer Outreach Section at: (313) 964-9570 Public tours of our Water Works Park Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant have resumed on a limited basis. The Department will give tours for school groups and professional organizations during March through May, and September and October.
