Westrick Biography Mr. Westrick was President of the engineering firm of Anderson, Eckstein and Westrick, Inc., and served as a member of the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Southern Michigan Water and Sewer Utilities Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Macomb County Traffic Association and the Northeast Water and Sewer Superintendent Association. Previously, he was employed by the Macomb County Road Commission for nearly 10 years, first as a Project Engineer in charge of design and construction of individual projects, and finally as the Design and Construction Engineer, coordinating road and bridge projects. Mr. Westrick has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.
