Biography Mr. Shukla is a Registered Professional Engineer and was named Assistant Director in February 2006. Previously, he had served as Interim General Superintendent of Engineering. Prior to joining the Department in 1988, Mr. Shukla worked with consulting firms and governmental agencies in the U.S. and India. Mr. Shukla has over 34 years of experience in planning, design,
construction and construction management of water and wastewater
systems. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a
Masters in Business Administration. |
