General Manager Office of Program Management Assistance  André Lowe Biography André Lowe was named General Manager of the Office of Program Management Assistance in December 2005. Mr. Lowe is responsible for the Department’s Safety Program, Environmental and Regulatory Affairs, Print Shop Operations, Document Management and the Capital Management Group. Prior to becoming OPMA’s General Manager, Mr. Lowe served as Manager of the Department’s Capital Management Group, as Head Engineer of the Wastewater Design Division, and Supervisor of the Electrical Engineers. Mr. Lowe is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan
with a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Wayne
State University. |
